My theoretical orientation is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic, with training in Family Systems Theory, Marriage and Couples Counseling, Object Relations Theory and Self Psychology.  I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and EMDR for trauma.

As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my approach is to provide insight, support and practical feedback.  It is a highly personalized technique to help each individual or couple with their particular dynamics, and life challenges.
